There are at least 4 posts on my flist right now about the season 3 finale of BSG..

I'm resisting clicking on the LJ-cuts. I'm happy to see that they seem to be generally positive pre-cut. But OMG you're frakkin' torturing me here! I'm so tempted. But I mustn't. I won't.

We've got the s1 finale to watch tonight. I have a feeling I might have to rush out and buy season 2 right after that from what I've heard. Not that I've heard any actual facts, but spitefairy started fangirling pretty hard when I mentioned what episode we were up to last night.

We watched 'Colonial Day' last night. Another good one. President Rosslyn kicks butt, btw. And I love Starbuck. I'm starting to come over to the Gaius side, but I'm not drooling, just enjoying the silliness. He's a bad bad man, but he's so fun to watch.

and it's official - I have a BSG tag for my journal now. I feel like it's a show worth discussing. Now if I could just catch up to the rest of you!

S'all right. I'm right back there with you anyway, 'cause I figured it was time to refresh. So, I've been NetFlixing the first season and watching it over too. Also because Dave missed a bunch, and I have some holes too (not so much from the first season, but it's been a while since I've seen them, but I missed part of season two), so we're watching the whole thing through together. =)

And from the random posts I've seen, sounds like we have plenty of time to catch up - looks like BSG isn't supposed to return until 2008?? I hope that's just a rumor.

I'm just finishing up the miniseries- good stuff! I'll see if I can catch up. I like the Prez too (altho I'm nervous that you just said President Rosslyn, when last I checked you called her President Laura. I'm not up on anyone's name yet (except Starbuck), but I really hope this is the same person and we're dealing with a first and last name here. Don't answer that.. I'll figure it out..)

I like Starbuck's hair. And I like the AI guy with the accent.

More movie reviews soon.. I've been sick for the past week..

oh yes, it's the same lady - I only knew her first name for awhile but Adama keeps referring to her as President Rosslyn when he's being all official like, so I started saying it.

I also like Starbuck's hair. When I can't take this whole "growing it out" thing that I'm doing right now, I'm seriously thinking of getting mine cut like that.

Just finished the finale. OMG OMG!

Let me know what you think of the rest of the series! It's all still fresh in my mind so we can discuss!

You might need to watch out...I'm honestly not sure what it is, but among me and my fellow Gaius fangirls, I've noticed that we all came over somewhere in season 2. So, yeah. Apparantly there's something up with that :P

oh my! and s2 should arrive today (please UPS man?) so maybe my road to drooling is right up ahead ;-)

(I'll admit, watching the extra goodies on the s1 dvd and hearing Apollo talk in his norma voice, with the accent, and the cute curly hair - he was hot. I'm just not one for the strict military cut. They need to have a bizarro land episode where he gets to talk normal and have silly hair - oooh maybe him and Gaius could switch bodies!!!)
