People seem to use playing cards as bookmarks on a regular basis.

I have decided to start saving every card I find inside of a returned library book in the hopes of one day having a full deck!

(snickers) Well, I'm sorry, how can I respond? My library frequently sometimes has money and post-its, those sticky notes. Every library's got its own quirk.

I prefer money. I've found a dollar or two before. Those were good days. haha.

I bought a used copy of Robert McKee's STORY, and some guy left a bank statement from 2000 in it. That's my bookmark now. Some guy's bank statement.

Train and airplane tickets are popular ones too. I find those all the time. I felt weird saving them though, since they had people's names on them.

All the paranoia about identity theft and people just leave that stuff lying around in a public book. Silly people.
