lostacanthus posted about this community 10x10variated and I'm really tempted to sign up for a challenge. I really like the idea of making 10 sets with 10 different goals, forcing me to expand my icon making skillz.

I probably shouldn't sign up right now though, what with the whole moving thing in a week or so. But I might just try to do something solo first, playing with the rules.

Have I mentioned i'm excited about the move? We should be able to sign all the lease stuff on Friday, as long as State Farm gets the insurance stuff all switched over. The new apartments are so pretty! And we're going to move up a floor, so I can actually USE the balcony, maybe put a chair out there and a small table so we can enjoy nice weather. Heck, we can even leave the screen door open and not worry about people coming in! OMG, I bet our sliding door actually closes in this new one too! Wow. It's gonna be great.

I've been itching to re-arrange too, and buy some new stuff at IKEA. Might need to finagle my mom into coming with us though, since neither the Mini or the 'Stang are built for transporting bookshelves...

I checked this Snow Patrol CD out of the library. I'm not very into it. I sorta zoned out after the second or third song. Doesn't really sound very unique, does it? I was hoping we'd get the new Killers CD but it wasn't in the catalog...wonder if I can put in a purchase request for it...I requested this CD and it had 30+ holds on it by the time we actually processed it! ZOMG buying popular music??? Crazy talk.

you're the one that reminded me of it's existense! For some reason, we're not really good at getting the hip bands at our library. I don't know why. Other systems have the album but they don't lend CDs. :( They are meanies.

It took me awhile to get used to the Snow Patrol CD. It's one of those ones I listened to once, then came back a few months later and really liked.
