orangerfulwoo-hoo - we got the apartment! We went over to the office this morning (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jimithingy had told the lady we would be over at 11...went over and the office was closed until 11:14 *headdesk*) and signed the lease.
Had a few minutes of confusion while she attempted to figure out how much rent we would owe for May since we're changing apartments. She tried to figure it out herself, telling us it would probably be about $400, but she would call once she talk to a co-worker. She called about half an hour later to tell us it would be, in fact, $45. Again, I must stress, she is not so bright.
I'm so excited!!!heiland_coo will be bringing boxes to work tomorrow so we'll have all week to pack and then Saturday we'll carry everything across the street, up the stairs, and voila! new place!
