Good news: jimithingy used his mad skillz and got our internet/cable bill down from $160/month to $70. That includes our DVR service AND they gave us non-digital cable for our other TV in the bedroom! Who da man? AD da man.

Bad news: They won't be by to set it all up until the 22nd. Next TUESDAY. Which means...I will miss the Heroes season finale!

Don't worry though, I just checked and I still have $6 on my iTunes gift card, so I'll be downloading that as soon as we are live.

Just keep those spoilers hidden! Because I know it shall roxxor everyone's soxxors, and I don't want any spoilage!

Seriously, it's so nice to have a season finale and really not feel sure about how it will all turn out! Who will live, who will die, who will have their brains eaten and who will get stabbed with pointed objects? It's all up in the air!

It sounds like you just have to be put on hold 7 times and suffer through their on hold jingle until you get to a manager who is allowed to make such fabulous offers. haha.

I'll cut it; if only because I don't really do a review of Heroes. That kind of sucks, but I'm curious what you're going to do with no internet or TV-- I would kind of be conflicted about what to do because I'll be so bored.

haha, actually, I'll probably be unpacking and arranging star wars and buffy figures all day on sunday, and then monday I'll work and in the evening, probably more arranging. Then I'll get really bored and start taking pictures of the apartment to upload once we get internet...

I was thinking of doing iTunes just for the picture quality (plus, I've had the gift card money sitting on my account for over a year now). But we'll see how I'm feeling next week haha.
