I got the coolest freebie today! I found a package on my desk when I got in with a note from a co-worker that said:

"Sam, I don't know why I stood in line for this at ALA. I've never even read a Harry Potter book! So when I got home, I tried to think of the biggest fan I knew and thought of you, so this is for you"

It's a really cool bag with the Deathly Hallows cover art (US version) on it!!!!

I am so using this for the movie premiere and book night!!

And this is why you should make all the people you know aware of your fandoms, you never know what cool swag they might come across ;-)

I was so relieved it was a gift! At first I thought someone had sent it as a prize for our HP program, and I was coveting it. But then I read the note and I was like "IT'S MINE!!!"
