I'd like to get some librarians together and re-shoot all the customer interaction scenes from "Clerks" but set them in the library.

Come on, you know it would be hilarious! Just watch Randall interact with his "unruly customer" (sorta NSFW, but of course I'd make it work safe when I did it!)
