new look

[orangerful]

created a new header for my livejournal -- orangerful -- I'm quite happy with it though I'm still not sure about the whole color scheme for the page...I shall try it for a few days and see if my eyeballs go crazy. At first I was thinking the page should be white and the journal portion should have the orange but I think that would be hard to read.

Took me 2+ hours to figure out how to mess with the CSS that I ganked from minty_peach so long ago. My brain hurts now though, so I'm gonna stop now.

AD made blueberry pie from the blueberries we picked last week with heiland_coo. OMG SO GOOD!

Tomorrow I'm going to the post office to mail off my application for the YA Services position. We'll see if anything happens. I drove by the exit for Bel Air on the way up to the wedding Friday...it would be a crap commute but I'm not even going to concern myself with issues like that until I need to. Right now, lets see if I even make the interview cut.

Hm...I need to make a new default icon.

haha, thanks, I thought it was fitting on several levels. According to my little book of quotes, it's a Ford Prefect line so I managed to squeeze two fandoms in.
