Just got an email from Dido's website. You remember Dido, right? "Thank You" and all that? Fell off the face of the Earth like 5 years ago? Well, apparently she has a new album coming out in November. How had I not heard about this? Hm. They have the single up on her site. It's not the best song ever, but it's got a nice beat. Not really fair to judge an album by the single.

I'm so behind on my shows. Trying to get used to this new schedule and getting school work done. Plus, I was bad and went to Kohls this week to snag some more "work clothes". I'm behind 2 episodes of 'House' and 'Heroes', plus I now have Dexter, Pushing Daisies, and Dirty Sexy Money to watch. Plus, we're watching Gilmore Girls on DVD (started season 3 last night, w00t) and I have one episode of Mad Men left on disc 1 still.

We did watch Chuck, which was a lot of fun. I totally fangirled over the fact that he had a Y The Last Man poster on his bedroom wall. Plus, they played Flight of the Conchords during one scene. Much nerd love.

Dido's CDs weren't anything to write home about overall, but they are excellent driving music. I'll go check out that single later.

AD is always ranting about how poorly the second album was mixed. I really like her voice. But the beats do make a night drive seem a bit...sexier.
