orangerfulZOMG!!!! Sarah Vowell has a new book: The Wordy Shipmates. WANT WANT WANT!
Now the dilhemma - add it to my Amazon wishilist for xmas or order it from the library so I can read it RIGHT NOW?
Oh heck, I'll do both.
If you've never read anything by Sarah Vowell, she is hilarious, sarcastic and really smart. She is a regular on NPR's This American Life. Next time you're out and about, check out Assassination Vacation, about her weird summer visiting Presidential assassination tourist spots. Too funny. (hm...I just realized I never bought that book for my collection...well, on the list that one goes too!)
(she was also the voice of Violet in The Incredibles, but that's just pure randomness haha).
Looks like her new book is about the Puritans. Oh, that is gonna be funny, I can feel it. Because the Puritans? HILARIOUS!
