I bought more blu-rays! After doing a bit of research last night (i.e. googling "blu-ray reviews [movie title]), I found out that the X-Men movies had just been put on blu-ray to coincide with the Wolverine release. AND Best Buy had a 2 for $35 sale, which included X1 and X2. The online reviews I found said the movies looked great so...yeah, I ordered them last night and picked them up on my way home.

(what? No, there is no X3. what are you talking about? Hm...no no, that's the plot from the first half of the Joss Whedon comic mixed with the plot from the Phoenix saga, I think you're just confused...)

I haven't actually watched them yet...but I know they will be pretty. Hi-Def Hugh Jackman and Anna Paquin FTW! Hopefully the hotness will not melt our tv screen.

:D

HEE. Yeah, I'm not too fond of X3, much as I love Jean Grey. X2 is the BEST.

I was so disappointed with X3. All they had to do was copy+paste the Phoenix Saga into a script and shoot it.

Can't wait to watch X2 in hi-def. Oh it's going to look and sound so good!

These aren't part of Best Buy's sale, but they are beautiful Blu-Rays:

3:10 to Yuma
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
Death Race (if you like cars, explosions, blood splatter, and a body count)
Hellboy
I Am Legend
The Incredible Hulk
The Prestige
Reign of Fire (Christian Bale, with bonus Gerard Butler!)
Shoot 'Em Up
Sweeney Todd
Tropic Thunder
V For Vendetta
Wanted

A good place to look for Blu-Ray reviews and news is <a href="http://www.blu-ray.com/</a>Blu-Ray.com</a>. :)

Oooh, thanks! I was using the reviews in the Geek Monthly magazine, and then I found a few other sites. I'll bookmark blu-ray.com for later.

We will definitely be getting Nolan's Batman movies on Blu-Ray at some point. Hoping they will put them on sale someday. haha.

I get a lot of my Blu-Rays from Amazon. Their prices are better than Best Buy's, and they have a few Buy 1-Get 1 Free or Buy 2-Get 1 Free sales a year.

You can get the Nolan Batman movies on Blu-Ray from Amazon for $42. At Best Buy, both movies would be $55.

There's a forum on Blu-Ray.com, and members of the forum sell Blu-Rays. I've gotten some great deals on unopened or almost brand-new movies.

Oh yeah, I usually get everything from Amazon but I also tend to surf for good bargains and that Best Buy one caught my eye. :)
