Day 09 - Best scene ever

We'll take a break from Buffy (who has many best.scene.ever moments) and bring you a scene from my favorite episode of Battlestar Galactica. Season 1 - Hand of God.



Lee pulls a Luke Skywalker and uses his Schwartz the Force to find the super-secret thermal exhaust port below the main port in the Cylon base that is guarding all the water. This amazing attack was only possible because Starbuck, stranded on Galactica Actual because of the injury sustained to her knee earlier in the season, played it all close to the chest. When Lee fires off the missles and destroys the base, Kara's delight makes me smile every time. And then in her moment of joy, she hugs President Roslin. Embarassed, she releases the President and mumbles a quick apology. But Roslin just scoops her up again for more hugs because she is awesome.
