I finished Pax - I'm so on the fence! I think I'm being overly critical and ignoring the fact that it's children's literature (like, I just wanted more - more about the war, more about the after, more about how the Grandfather was really okay with Peter just leaving, more about whether Vola and Peter crossed paths again etc).
