Comic Con at the library went really well! Our numbers were down from last year but not by that much and I think it was more to do with the weather/day than any fault on our part. Made some notes about what I'd tweak for next year but we just keep getting better each year, in my opinion. Here's hoping year 3 is just as much fun!

I was super busy though, so I didn't get to snap many photos. Hoping the library will post more but here's a smattering for your amusement:

Good times were had! And afterwards, beer was had because OMG YOU TRY HERDING 50 COSPLAYERS INTO PARADE FORMATION WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A MICROPHONE!

I need that t-shirt. Badly. o.O If nothing else because my Star Wars nerdy hubby would get a kick out of it.

It was on TeePublic but now I don't see it anymore! Must have been a special run. My Star Wars friends from my club emailed me to tell me to get it so I obeyed because, yeah, I had to have it! If I see it again, I'll tell you.

It would help if I remembered to check the cross-posting button. :\ I don't have it set to autopost, which I guess I should do! Thanks for letting me know!

That still looks like a heck of a lot of people! What a cool event.

We had about 1400 people during the course of the entire day and the previous non-speicial event Saturday was only about 500 people, so, yeah, it was good. Those photos are from the end of the costume parade. We had about 60 people enter that. Good times! Exhausting, but fun. :)
