personal fail

orangerfulI have a visit this afternoon with local non-profit groups to kinda mingle and talk about ways the library can work with them. So yesterday I thought I should bring my badge home from work so I could wear it to the event.
Thing is, now I can't find my badge!!!!! I know I wore it home, I purposely left it on my shirt until I got home so I wouldn't leave it in the car since Tim needed the car I was driving at the time.
I've looked in all the places that make sense. I even went through the trash, just in case I was really out of it yesterday. NOPE! No idea where the heck I set it down.
This is why I can't have nice things.
