permission to unfriend/follow

orangerfulThere are several friendzy posts up on LJ right now and I just want to say that if you want to unfriend/follow me, IT IS OKAY. I won't take it personally, we all have our own things we like to talk about and if you don't find my random posts that engaging, I am giving you permission to unfriend, guilt free. :)
It is weird how we all get so caught up in the friend/follow of social media and feel obligated to continue to follow people even if we have drifted apart.
So, yes, I am going to turn around and count to ten and if you unfriend me, it is alright, no harm, no foul.
LOL yes I know this is an odd post right after I added a bunch of people, but while organizing my flist, I looked at all the people I supposedly follow and there were a lot of names I didn't recognize and also a lot that LJ was NOT emailing to me so I didn't know they were even posting and I guess they didn't miss my comments either. So, yeah.
Oh snap, it's 1am! I need to sleep! TOODLES!
