You know, I've never played any of the Bioshocks.

I think this one might be The One that starts me on it.

DO IT! As far as I can tell, it actually doesn't have anything to do directly with the previous games. Bioshock was awesome, I made myself learn how to play an FPS because I NEEDED to know what the hell was going on in Rapture. You can skip Bioshock 2. Infinite is everything the first one had and more...

oh I must find out what the hell is REALLY going on in this city!!!

I do love a game with a good mystery. They are damn hard to come by, on the whole.

Yes, that is what I love about this game and the first. Like Adam Sessler said in the review, it could only work as a game because you are stumbling around, finding these clues, trying to put together the story of what happened before and what is happening now. In both games, there are sound recordings scattered around and as you find them, you hear the people describing the city before...it's so eerie. :)
