still in need of haircut ideas
Apr. 30th, 2005 03:37 pmDo you guys think this style will work on me?

I'm not sure if it will work with my face...or with my light colored hair. Should I do something insane and dye my hair ? I'd have to dye it red of course, as my mom's hair is brown and it might be weird if I dyed mine brown...
I like to keep it short and simple...though interesting. I might go for a Leigh Nash style haircut...maybe not that exact one, but something a bit crazy but not too crazy...something I can brush out, shake my head and be stylin'.
Please post some suggestions/pics of cool haircuts that you've seen around. Even if I can't wear them, it might give me ideas. I like bobs, I think, so variations on "the bob" are always good. Keep it above the shoulders, yeah? But not super-short...yeah...
One hour and 15 minutes!!!
EDIT
spitefairy sent me to a very pretty Jossverse picture site with Aly haircuts - so right now I'm leaning towards this one

Date: 2005-05-01 10:19 pm (UTC)Ugh... I bet with all the summer humidity you get, hair styles are probably difficult to manage, huh?
I have no styling skills to speak of, so I need short and simple.
Heh, I had to have my baby sis teach me the basics... ;D
My cosmetologist friend always recommended Clairol, but I always hated how much it left my hair fried. My b-friend said that her stylist over at Toni & Guy said that Revlon now has some good reds out.
Yeah, Willow's and Scully's color is the fire-engine red I was referring to... not the Manic Panic shades. (Which are fun, but can be inappropriate and/or difficult, depending on your natural shade, to up-keep.) ;D
