orangerfulwell, that was a major dissapointment.
We went over to Village Square to check out their apartments and after hearing Bill at work talk about them, I thought it would be the best apartment ever - they are horrible!!! Well, not horrible, but compared to our apartment, they are very cramped. Plus they don't have a porch/deck, so it's very dark. So tomorrow we're going to try and negotiate our rent down a wee bit. After seeing that place, we think it might be worth it to pay a bit more, though a $110 increase is a bit much. My plan is to get them to drop the rent into the mid 800s and see if they will replace our bathroom sink and tub, as they are nasty.
What a letdown. But at least we don't have to move.
I bought 2 copies of TV Guide yesterday - the Leia/Padme cover and the Darth/Anakin cover. They are pretty cool. They also had one of Palpitine and another with The Wookiees, but they weren't nearly as cool. I'd like to have the final duel one, but I didn't bother looking at other shelvse to see if it was there.
We watched the Angel season 4 episode "Awakening" last night, which made far more sense this time around, knowing what it was all about. jimithingy kept asking "so when does Angelus show up?" then it was almost to the end and he's like "What? No Angelus?" I was trying so hard not to spoil it. It really is an evil episode.
Revenge of the Sith soundtrack comes out Tuesday! I have cash on my best buy card so I think I'm going to go pick a copy up. I've been told that the track titles contain major spoilers, so I'm just going to not look at the back of the CD. I really want the DVD to watch...maybe show it to Sky & Snow, I bet they'd get a kick out of the musical montage.

Date: 2005-05-01 09:20 pm (UTC)I've seen the episodes where Angelus is back, but I don't know their episode titles as of yet. (Never got to see how they brought him out, but I heard about it.) I'm hoping that after EpIII has been out for a while, I can go back to focusing on the Whedonverse. ;D
*bounces* I can't believe the soundtrack's release date is just in a couple days! I'm so stopping by Best Buy on my way home from work that day!!! Eeeeeeeee!!!
