my food is problematic
May. 30th, 2005 01:31 amI invited
verdatum and
dstntp1lgr1m over tomorrow to hang out, since
verdatum's summer courses start tuesday. So we are chatting online this afternoon, and I ask them what kind of chips they want.
dstntp1lgr1m tells me ranch dip is good with ruffles,
verdatum says anything that ends it "-ito". So I make a list and then what do I do? I got to Giant with
jimithingy and buy what I want to eat. hahaha. I got makings for mexican dip, and some tortilla chips. We also bought 2 boxes of ice cream *headdesk* That's why I shouldn't go shopping when I'm hungry.
Other than the food run, it was a quiet day today. Which was nice. Felt good not to have to wake up for anything. hehe. Played a bit of Paper Mario. Tried to play Silent Hill 4 but scared myself and then the Xbox locked up. Then Sims 2 sucked away the rest of my evening. Trying to get my main group to graduate from college so they can move back into town and get on with their lives! haha. I got 4 of them finished, but some of their significant others are in different dorms, so I need to go play those for awhile so they can graduate as well. Now my wrist hurts...I even had it propped up on a teddy bear to avoid straining...ah well.
AD figured out how to e-mail the picture from my phone, it looks like crap, but that's mostly because it came off the camera phone. What good are these things if they look so bad?

I'm gonna go read some more of RotS! Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day!

Yeah, I really enjoyed it, so much that I'm also thinking about picking up his other SW novels. (I think Shatterpoint is about Mace.)

Date: 2005-05-30 04:54 pm (UTC)Sims 2 is evil...but fun. It's almost worse than Sims 1 since your sims grow old and die so you have to keep their family line going and get them married and have babies and such. And now you get to send them to college...problem is, I've gotten so used to having 4 or 5 Sims in the house at one time, when my sims grow up and move out, I get so bored because controlling one Sim is too easy...it's a very silly game.
