charming or tedious?

I had a wonderful time at the play last night. Had far too much food before hand at Jaleo, but it was all so yummy. The whole tapas thing is fun because you just share it all and you get to try so much. The play was fun, not Oscar Wilde's best stuff, but still amusing. I ordered a copy of it from the library as soon as I got home, as it had so many good zingers that I wanted to write down.



Finally picked up a Neil Gaiman book. You know, I've only ever read the Sandman graphic novels and Stardust. So I grabbed Neverwhere off the shelf. I am loving it. It's actually freaking me out! I think this is the first book I've read in a long time where I had no clue what was going to happen next! I dug up my old copy of "Stardust" too, since I've pretty much forgotten the whole thing. Yay for reading adult books again haha. I'm still reading the Jedi Apprentice series, I'm on chapter 7 of book 4 right now, I usually read it with breakfast as it doesn't require too much of my brianpower.

Is it wrong that I got excited when I saw that the classics display had a copy of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? At least I'm not the only one who considers it a classic...

So I think when I get outta here today (I'm at the library until 9) I'm going to buy some server space at godaddy.com. I've decided I want more room for my graphics plus I'd like to add a collectibles section to my site to showcase all my goodies. Maybe put reviews up for them or something like that. Not sure exactly what I'm going to do, but I have a vague idea. And I need more space that 10MB.

true_review and miss_tinkermel both want some help in creating banners for their site! I'm so excited that they asked me! *grins*

never fails, I delete some comms from my friends list and I add more the next day - I found an Eddie Izzard graphics community, eddicons. Perhaps I will find inspiration there. I'm already planning to finish off the Star Wars Radio Drama icon set that I started...ooooh, ages ago? I wrote down all the titles and as soon as I finish this i'm going to start planning out the icons.

2 more hours left. Then home. Then dinner. Then 'Six Feet Under'. yay!

'Six Feet Under' reruns on Friday. Make sure you watch it. This episode was like the wind up before the pitch...oooh, I don't want to ruin anything for you but I think this season is far better than last season already.

I need to make Eddie icons! I gotta brainstorm some quotage. The only icon I have I snagged from raelala!

*laughs* I know what you mean... he has all this memorable quotage, but trying to apply the lines to an icon hasn't really worked for me yet. I love that icon, by the way! :D
