holy crap how did I not know about this --- MIRRORMASK -- a film made by the Jim Henson company and written by Neil Gaiman!!!! freaky stuff. Right outta Dark Crystal, Labrynth, and Coraline. Ooooooh, this could be fun!!

we actually have "1602" in the system, I checked it out when it first came out but never got time to read it (and there was a HUGE request list so I couldn't renew it either). I'll probably pick it up again sometime. I have a TON of graphic novels to get thru at the moment, thank YOU! I saw that "Y" had finally started getting processed thru interlibrary loan, so I should have that seen. And another copy of SiP came in for me too (High School?)

It's strange that you'd get High School, because that's a later story.

Except it's not. It's a prequel.

It's the whole story of the school play, and how Francine and Katchoo first met. Don't worry. It's a standalone, and you can read it without having read anything else.

Yeah, well, I had to order the SiP books from out of county, and they didn't have the entire series so I just got the ones that I figured could be read out of sequence, like 'High School' (the little Xena comic at the end was cute).

Just checked my current interlibrary loan items and it seems they were able to find a copy of the Complete SiP book that Pocket put out late last year. yay!
