Finally watch 'Party Girl' last night. Twas quite amusing, especially if you've ever working in a library. Though it was weird seeing an actual card catalog. My mind can't even fathom how they worked those things. Well, I understand how they worked, but dear lord, it would have taken forver to find anything! And how would you find out what other branches had? 1995 - back in the day when libraries were for research only! haha. Could you imagine using a card catalog with the insane amount of CDs and DVDs we have? Not I.

There was a thunder storm here on Wednesday night and it pretty much knocked out our internet connection. Apparently, the main building for our internet provider lost power and that f'ed up the whole system. It's on but we can only use it in short spurts, and if we try to send any information, it crashes. It's very annoying. Plus, I wanted to post another screencap meme and I can't. *kicks cablespeed* work damn you!!!

Yeah, so I'm at the Linthicum library right now, which is how I'm posting this. I read the first book of Y-The Last Man last night, which was awesome! Sadly, book 2 is not in yet. But I just checked my account and it looks like Vol 1 of Kissing Chaos has made it to Annapolis for processing so I'll probably get that next week! weeee! I am ALL about the graphic novels right now. Though I did go and order a bunch of smutty Young Adult books that were mentioned in some controversial list that was posted to one of the library comms. I started Peter Beagle's A Fine and Private Place last night too. Not sure what the heck is going on there. And I also started another Star Wars kids book this moring - Secrets of the Jedi.

Yay for Kissing Chaos!! You've read Sandman right? Hmm now I'm thinking I should read Y-The Last man too. Dan mentioned that to me several times but I haven't read it yet.

well, my inernet is OUT so it's kinda hard to e-mail you! Plus, we're with cablespeed, and I think it's there fault, not much you could really do. They've been having issues for awhile. I think the storm just pushed it over the edge.
