birthday gifts all around!!!

jimithingy's birthday! We're up in NJ right now, partying. Well, not really, we're just hanging out, which is nice too. AD made out like a bandit, lots of games, dvds, a new cd changer for our stereo, and tomorrow we get to pick up our very own 35" TV!!!!! holy crap! As soon as we get it set up, AD says we're gonna watch Star Wars. Sweet! So, yeah, I am definately benefitting from this. I also got a $20 gift card to best buy, but after we got there and I picked up the scrubs dvd and frou frou album, it only came to as much as was still on my xmas gift card and some change. So I still have a best buy gift card. I almost broke down and bought a legit copy of Sims 2 but AD convinced me to wait, with the expansion pack coming out in August, they might start packaging Sims 2 and University together for less than buying them seperate. So I'll wait.
We're chillin' now, listening to the Six Feet Under CD I bought AD - the new one with the exclusive Jem track. It's pretty good. Oh, and we bought some gifts for Nicole, AD's cousin, who will be here in an hour or so. She's 11, so we got her a farside comic book, a foxtrot book, and I got her "Whales on Stilts" a ridiculous book that I just finished. (and while we were out I broke down and bought 'Strangers in Paradise pocket book 1' --vertigozooropa will be so proud.
back to goofin off now.

Well, except for "The Complete Bone," which costs a little bit more than double, and has more than triple the issues in it...

He'd always say that his parents told him they drove through the state but he was asleep, so he would joke that he never really knew if there was any truth to their words. *laughs*
Hee! That's so awesome! Too bad I didn't come up with the original idea for that one, either. *laughs*
