well, time for my to put on my boots, cuz I have to kick myself. I just went to the official Serenity board and I could have gotten 300 points for my Firefly party that I had last week IF ONLY I'D TAKEN A FREAKIN PICTURE!!!! *cries* They are giving away some pretty cool stuff on there too. Ah well.

My new DVD drive came today!! So I can finally make the icon whitemartyr has been waiting for AND cap the Lion King scenes that persephones_rev asked for ages ago. Plus, now that I have the LOST dvds, I can delete the screencaps off my harddrive with the knowledge that I can always recap anything I end up needing.

jimithingy also ordered me a new keyboard. It's black, so it actually matches everything else on my PC. But that's not all, it has all these cool, little programmable buttons! Like a button to make the calculator pop up. And I programmed a couple of the F keys so that I can make my cap folders and icon folder pop up with one button! spitefairy caught me in the middle of my throes of geek!joy, she knows that I was far too happy about this event.

I want to do something different with my hair. whitemartyr got her haircut earllier this week and now I'm itching to do something new. Suggestions? I need something semi short and stylish. I've gotten to the point where I can't actually remember the last time I got a haircut, so it's probably time to do some maintenence. I was also pondering dying my hair, but I'm not brave enough to go it alone. jimithingy says I'm only allowed to do it if I have it professionally done.

I was sorta liking how Sarah Lane's hair looks, the female co-host of Attack of the Show...I'm trying to find a picture now on google, but can't seem to find a new one. Man, she had bad hair back in the day. Should I log into the AotS chat right now and demand a photo of her hair! haha. They are on the air at the moment. It's such a girl question, I'd feel bad asking it during girl week, as it would just re-enfornce stereotypes...

or something like that. I should really post this so I can take my break.

No worries about the Lion King caps, hun. I just re-realized today that I have other DVDs besides Jossverse and SW to cap now. *laughs* Like, it just dawned on me today that I could cap Army of Darkness. :D

haha, someone just posted a ton of Army of Darkness cap to cap_it last night! I might still do the Lion King caps for you since I'm gonna go into capping mode for a bunch of other things soon.
