those are both from the Josie & The Pussycats movie. (the only thing I think I've ever seen Tara Reid in apart from a few Scrubs episodes). I've had plenty of days where I pretty much am out of it and easily amused...wait, that is every day!

Well the dancing Angel of course reminds me of you because it's your trademark! But If I had to pick another I would say the Natilie Portman one from Garden State with the quote- "very occasionally, if you pay attention, life doesn't suck". It seems like a motto you would live by, you seem like a such an optimistic person, which is very inspiring! : )
The one you should "TOTALLY" use more often is the one where you quote Gollum using the screen shot of Darth Sidious! It's hysterical!!! Of course I also love your Last Unicorn icons, I never noticed them before!!
I don't understand the Screenwipe one or the other one by miss_jaffacake mentioning Ed Wood.

Besides the fact that it's message is positive, I love this icon- 1) because in case you haven't notice I'm crazy about fairies, and 2) because it comes from the movie Fantasia which I love (I'm also nuts for Disney). Hopefully soon I will be able to hone my icon making abilities and create some more of my own to be proud of!!

I'm a sucker for disney movies too! speaking of, I need to get Cinderella and Tarzan on my xmas list! I usually go thru a Disney kick once a year and watch the movies and listen to the soundtracks for a week solid. (btw if you ever need any icon making help, I'm always willing to answer questions! ask persephones_rev!

I don't use my Last Unicorn icons much, I don't know why, they just aren't as funny as my other favorites. :) I do need to pull them out more often! I should make more...

the ones from miss_jaffacake are all random Andrew quotes from Buffy! which probably don't make any sense out of context, since they are Andrew referencing other things. "Screenwipe, new scene" is a star wars joke, since that's Lucas' preferred method of changing scenes, and the Ed Wood/ILM line refers to special fx work. And the other one is a James Bond joke and it's one of the few scenes that always has me rolling on the floor. I like using it for random actor comments. hehe.

hehe, I love my fraggles! I'm so excited that the dvds are out now, just in time for xmas! Fraggles and Muppets! Oh it shall be a very Henson xmas!

I need more Hermione icons...I have the one random one of Emma Watson making a face *points to her current icon* but not too many of her as Hermione. She's so pretty though, I get distracted and just make icons of her.

I actually want to make some "Geek Pride!" or "Geek Chic" ones, just haven't sat down and found the screencaps (though I do have a bunch of Ewan McGregor with "birth control glasses" on that I plan on using)
