moonfall pointed out to me that I needed to make a "why is the rum gone?" PotC icon, and reminded me that I had made 3 icons from the new trailer and never posted them!







Our router died yesterday so we ran out and bought a new one. On the way, we stopped in at Borders and I exchanged my double of 'Sandman' for two, yes TWO, Y The Last Man books. They had book 6, which I had never read, so I now own 1,2,5, and 6. Read it last night too and it was fantastic. I really love that series. If you have the means, I highly suggest picking book one up.

Went shopping with my mom and zaubervz yesterday. They didn't have the pants I wanted, but I got a lot of nice, work appropriate tops and a couple of peasant skirts that are pretty enough to wear to work as well. The library is pretty casual, they are all about comfort there. I really wanted to get some more of the Daisy Fuentes pants but they did not have them in my size. As spitefairy would say, "WOE!" . I think I might order some off of the website though, as they are on sale there as well and claim to have all sizes. Mostly, I need black pants, as the "stretch" material and I are not getting along anymore hehe.

Oh, and I also bought a totally random Monty Python t-shirt with the Black Knight screaming 'It's just a flesh wound' in fuzzy red letters.

I need to do some winter cleaning though, as i have many shirts and pants that I just can't wear anymore and that need to go away.

I'm never good at throwing clothes away. Maybe because most everything I have is a band shirt, lol, and I don't know.... I just can't get rid of them in most cases. :)

oh goodness no, I'd never toss any of my t-shirts! Usually I get rid of pants and dress tops that don't fit/are too young looking. (in other words, all my old Express tops from 2000). And I don't really throw them out, I get them to my mom who gives them to a charity group, I think AmVets.

My mom even told me not to throw out my t-shirts, because she wants to make a quilt out of them someday - like all my band ones or all my beatles ones.

no no, tshirts have too many memories involved. ;)

Oh, I've seen someone do a "t-shirt quilt" before and I've already decided that eventually (ha!) I'm going to do that with my Summer Reading Program t-shirts from the library. ^_^
