orangerfulWow, I've been quiet this week (at least for me). It's been a pretty quiet week though - Storytime on Wednesday being the focus of all my stress and panic.

zach_braff_feed like the good little fanboy/girl that we are. Have to say, if he hadn't told us to go see it on his blog, we probably would have passed on the film. While, in a writing sense, it was a good script, it was just not a fun movie to watch. It left me depressed for the rest of the day. Everyone did a good job, I just think it's more of a rentable than anything else. And it's one of those movies people will have a gut reaction to, and either like or dislike for the content of the story and not the acting or writing. At least, I know I did. (Though I kind of want to see the Italian movie it was based on now, curious about cultural differences).
The decided I didn't feel like driving in D.C. today to do the buffy contest, and emailed the comic shop to tell them. Apparently I wasn't alone, and now they've rescheduled the event for Sunday morning...but I don't feel like waking up early on my sunday haha. Esepcially since I had to wake up for work today. Nope, I'm far too lazy.
Though now I'm brainstorming a halloween party...I really want to do something for that holiday but I'm not sure what, though it might be a great time to finally break out the Buffy party plan! (I know, I say this EVERY YEAR!) Pretty much I just want an excuse to dress up.
