orangerfulI've started watching 'Coupling' ! A co-worker lent my the season 1 dvd and I loved it! It's just so ridiculous! I know they attempted an "american" version but can't imagine them capturing the utter silliness of the show. Plus, there's no way they'd get away with any of the jokes on American TV.
Honestly, I never would have picked it up if she hadn't told me about it. The whole premise just sounds awful - a comedy about nothing but sex? How's that gonna work? But it does!
Also, for all your Captain Norrington fangirls out there, Jack Davenport plays the male lead in the series. And apparently the female lead, Sarah Alexander, will be in the movie version of Neil Gaiman's 'Stardust'!
In other fandom "squee" inducing news - Warren Ellis took pictures of Joss on his camera phone, and there was much rejoicing. Or at least giggling. How cool is it that these two guys are hanging out together?

jimithingy informed me that Warren is actually writing the TV show version of 'Castlevania'. Now THAT could be interesting. Or a total disaster. Either way, amusing.
