actually, yeah now that you say that...perhaps the 8 hour day BUT only 3 days a week...yes that's better. haha. I just can't stand how much of my day is sucked away by working. Don't get me wrong, I love my job, but 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? Who thought that up?
3 hrs/day OUT of the house would be just fine. I just need a set place to go where there are other people. (which makes me wonder how many work hours are lost to socializing. A lot, I suspect). Four 8 hour days would also be fine. My theory is that weekends need to be 3 days, one for errands, one for total sloth/vegging, and one to go out and do something fun!
I agree! 3 days would be perfect. Because I'm always so bummed when I need to go shopping for food and I lose a whole day off where I could have been relaxing or goofin. And then I don't feel like going out because I've been "out" at work all week and just want to enjoy my stuff...yes 3 days would be good - who do we submit this to so they can change it?
I'm also jealous of people who don't work "customer service" and get to go online and such while at work. I can usually check my email, but that's about it while some of the guys in my star wars club seem to have endless amounts of free time at work (they make powerpoint presentations for our meetings and manage the message boards while on the job???)
