Postgame Mortem

orangerfulFINALLY got to see the new 'Veronica Mars' last night. (Even though the basketball game it was pre-empted for on Tuesday was cancelled, they still ran some other show on our CW instead of just running Veronica. Grrrr)
Anyway, not going to go into too much detail. But I will say this has probably been one of my favorite episodes this season. Of course, it was a "To Be Continued" episode so next weeks resolution could change all that, but I really enjoyed it last night. I'm excited that they are finally going to get Logan out of his funk. spitefairy and I were just discussing his academics last week, wondering how that boy could still be in college. When he gave that shiny apple to his professor, you could see the Logan that we love to loathe shine thru! Oh season 1 Logan, is that you??? Please say yes!
Also, I still love Dick Casablancas. He doesn't make up for the lack of Wallace or Mac, but he does make me laugh.
and now I can't remember - when the Dean showed up at the hotel, was the wife in the room? Who answered the door? And now that we know that one basketball player owns a gun, does that make him a suspect? The most logical conclusion would be that the wife or professor (or both) had the dean killed. But it's also the most obvious, and who wants to go for obvious....
My only complaint, and this is from a total nerd standpoint, was that Logan lied to that little girl!!!! You CANNOT play Mario Kart - Double Dash online. Gamecube does not have online capabilities. *sigh* Come next Friday at 4, she will be sad to find out that she is unable to race with her bachelor buddy. Oh Logan, you can be so cruel!!!!! /sarcasm.
