I've been hearing about the sing-alongs for awhile but they were always in NYC or Boston - far far away. So I can't miss this one!

keep in mind that HP7 comes out at midnight on July 20. That's a real dilemma-- what's a geek to do??

I guess you could pick up the book on Fri, read all day on Sat, and then take a break for the sing-along. But-- what about spoilers? Everyone around you will be talking! The theater should make an announcement that no one is allowed to discuss HP7 while in the theater. Ok, I'm clearly giving this way too much thought..

haha, yeah you actually bring up a good point...I'll have to carry the book around with me as a warning to other fans NOT to spoil it for me.

Clearly that will be a weekend of no sleep. Though if my calendar is right, that's my Friday off...maybe I should switch with someone and make it my saturday off...

hmm.. a pin with a HP logo saying NOT FINISHED or NO SPOILERS or something more clever that I need more time to think of, that people can wear until they're finished.. that might be a cool thing to sell.. hmm.. any ideas oh icon genius? I'm serious about this! Buttons aren't all that hard to make. It would be so cool! There could even be a companion pin for when you're finished that says it's ok to talk. Because, for a few days in July, all of humanity will be divided into two camps, and it will be important to sort out who's who!
