orangerfulThe good news is, Roy heard my spots on Saturday afternoon and liked them and has given Marty permission to use me as the midday host. Which means i will be on the air a lot and most people my age and with my experience have to do overnights in real time first thing. But with this voice tracking stuff, I get to do middays and tape it all at once and not have to be there every day.
Bad news - I have to be there every day. Well, not really. But I'm gonna have to get in there and get good at this and get out quickly. I have to go in again tomorrow to record wednesday and thursday and friday. But that's cuz I'm going to Pittsburgh with manders and co. But still. Classes start next week. I need some kind of regular schedule. Prolly mean a wake up call of 8:15 am every morning. Yuck. ah well. If this radio thing pans out I guess I can finally quit the library. or maybe I"ll just cut back on hours or something. I gotta see how much I make with this part time gig.
I need to apply to Towson's station. They play great music. They NEED me hahaha.
