Hm...I just posted my icons to 10variations...yet they have not appeared on the site. I hope LJ did not eat them! Or maybe it's approved posting only. That would make sense.

We're having an Ice Cream Soda day at work tomorrow! This week is the anniversary of the invention of the Ice Cream Soda! So do yourself a favor and buy some ice cream and your carbonated beverage of choice and drink up!

I just got done working on my 100 icons for 10x10variated - I'm not even close to being done, only 28 finished. And I only have until July 9th! I might have to ask for an extension! So far the hardest set has been the ones based on current icon trends. I've been out of the iconning game for a little bit, so I'm not super familiar with the trends, and a lot of them I don't really know how to accomplish the effects.

Okay, going to log into WoWz for a bit and let Katchoo stretch her pigtails legs!

Oh WOW! Dedication! I'd like to make icons eventually, but I can't even make, like, 5 >_> I envy you taking on a hundred! What are they of? Various or?

btw: LOVE the layout. Man, I miss BSG. I saw the first 2 episodes of S3, then I moved away from my dear friend who had Sci-Fi and the almighty satellite dish! Now it's on my long list of "things to download" ;_;

haha, thanks! I've been trying to get back into the icon making zone so I thought these challenge would get me going again! 100 icons is a lot. I was in Kristen Bell mode the week I signed up for both of these, so it will be 100 icons of her. Though the rules for 10x10variated are nice and specific so that helps.

Thank you for the layout love! I'm really happy with out how turned out! I love Starbuck. We just finished s3 a couple weeks ago (I started the show late but one of my buddies had them all saved on his PC so he hooked me up). I want to start over from the beginning now.

I HATE icon trends with a passion. No one (save for a select few) wants to step outside the box and try something different. Anyone can make icons that look like 99% of the other ones out there.

The trends this season are SO bad. Tiny text was weird, blurred text was weird, this???? THIS IS FUCKING UGLY! There is no redeaming factors to these icons, it's just wrong!
