easter sunday run down

For some odd reason I decided to go through my closet at my parents house (my brother may have taken my room BUT HE WILL NEVER TAKE MY FREEDOM CLOSET SPACE!).

Through away three garbage bags of random crap. Mostly video tapes and cassettes (wtf did I think I was going to do with all those episode of X-Files???). I did end up taking a few things home with me, though some of it was so I could take it to work and put on the sale shelf.

I did find my X-Files action figures, and even though me and that show have not spoken in years, I felt I should bring them home with me. They are living in the box that the X-Files video game came in.

I also found my photo album which has pictures of me as a little kid up through high school that I somehow collected...not sure if I tore apart another album as a kid and took these pictures or what. AD found the pictures of me playing dress-up to be pretty amusing. I enjoy the ones of Vincent beating up a turkey carcass. Good times. I'm tempted to scan a couple and share my adorableness. Or embarrass my brother. Perhaps a bit of both.

Unfortunately, I did not find my Samantha doll, which was actually on my to-do list. The playroom in my parents house has become the "toss that crap in here to get it out of the way" room. So its a bit messy. My mom tried to convince me to come over and organize it but I could feel AD twitching behind me at the thought of that. I know I'd want to bring stuff back to the apartment and our space is quite limited.

Also, there is an ice cream out right now that almost stole my username. American Idol "Orange-inal". My mom bought it for dessert because she though it said "orangerful" the first time she saw it! haha. We are all nerds here. I also showed my folks my Star Wars Cribs episode and they were amused by it.

And my mom made me a bowl of candy to take home so we have lots of chocolates to much one.

LOL!! you know I had the same reaction with my X-Files tapes. I was like wtf? So I just trashed them a couple of years ago. Did the same thing with my Buffy / Angel VHS tapes that I had taped.

Yeah, not only do I not have a VCR plugged into anything anymore, I still get too angry about how the show ended to even watch XF anymore. haha. The hardest ones to throw out were my 'Scrubs' videos because a couple songs from s1 and s2 were changed for the DVD release due to copyright stuff.
