• finally watched an episode of Glee. It's cute, but I have to know - do any of the actors actually sing their parts? #
• @impalalove @viaggiatrice I thought it sounded like his singing voice matched his speaking voice, some of the others not so much #
• gonna take our xbox over to AD's brother's place, be prepared of adorable pics of my 3 year old nephew playing Rock Band #
• so apparently while we were out tonight, someone was shot in our apartment complex. Lovely. #
• yay for 30 Rock! I <3 Tina Fey & Co. Also, Dr Horrible's hijacking was hilarious. And I feel the need to watch Amazing Race #emmys #

I'm pretty sure everyone from Glee sings their own stuff. I know Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison both have been on Broadway. I think it's just so done up in the studio its hard to tell.

yeah, I wish they could record it different, I found it kind of distracting how much the recordings pulled me out of the show.

I totally agree. That's one of the main things that kind of bothers me about it. And like, sometimes their lipsynching is off and yeah, it's just really distracting. :(

Also like lostacanthus said several of them have been on broadway, so I figure that if they are going to go that direction for some all of them are singing. The guy who plays the teacher was in 'Once Upon a Mattress' with Zooey. He sang there too.

Yeah, he was the only one that sounded like himself when he sang, which is why I was worried. I watched the third episode, which only had him and the african-american girl sing. Interested to hear the rest of the cast.

Dr. Horrible was hilarious!! NPH was the past part of the Emmy's. Oh wow, somebody was shot?! That's super scary.
