Day 01 - A show that should have never been canceled

Well, duh:

We all know this story.

And I have to include the dearly departed:

Poor Seeker. Syndication isn't fair. I mean,it was either airing on Saturday evening at 6pm or Sunday night at 10pm - how are people supposed to find an awesome show hidden in those time slots? Even Bridget "Kahlan" Reagan admitted that she can hardly ever watch because it airs at 1pm in California. Sheesh. But at least we got two seasons. I really wish it could have had a third to wrap everything up with a bit more closure. I might have to read the books so I can visit the Midlands again. It won't be the same, but I can imagine the kick-ass fight scenes...and Kahlan's epic hair...

Holy crap, Nathan Fillion looks so YOUNG in that photo!

I just started s2 of Seeker. I'm 4 episodes in and was bummed to hear about the cancellation.

I know, right? Probably because he was a thin, starving actor as opposed to the Castle-got-renewed-for-a-third-season mature actor he is today ;-)

Well, keep watching, though I warn you they didn't know about the cancellation either so the final episode isn't much of a finale. :(

...OOOH does this mean you might draw some Seeker art??? I want a Kahlan with her EPIC hair swinging in the breeze. It can go up on my wall with your prints of Princess Leia and Captain Mal (hm...I need to find Jayne now that I have the wall space...)

OMG! i ONLY just started watching FireFly last weekend. I'm watching the last 2 episodes tonight and the movie. My sister has a been a big fan for a while and even specifically sought out to meet Nathan Fillion when she went to dragon con a couple years ago, has his autograph, etc, etc. I didn't quite understand what her obsession was (but i did get it in the sense that people don't get my Pearl Jam obsession haha), SO since I do like good Sci-Fi, I gave it a shot. and wow....i am HOOKED! and so sad it's all gonna be over for me soon. love, love this series. cannot believe it was canceled. and i totally see why people love Nathan, too. haha. :D
