Jul. 20th, 2010 10:45 pmOkay, so here is what is in the suitcase currently:
T-shirts (White & Nerdy, Star Wars in Concert Musical Vader, Star Wars in Concert charcoal Rebel Symbol, Supergirl, Buffy Staked Edward, and Kaylee)
Shorts
Unmentionables (only...I just mentioned them...so...yeah)
2 pairs of sandals (yeah, I'm going open-toed all the way. I just hate wearing real shoes so much, they are comfy though)
Poster tube (for the poster-shaped swag)
Pajamas (complete with Superman PJ pants)
Hat
Toiletries
Books (Extra Lives: Why Video Games Matter, Boneshaker, For the Win)
iPhone/iPod charger
PSP charger
In my carry on:
Books (Bruiser by Neal Shusterman, Almost Perfect by Brian Katcher, Cosmic by Cottrell)
Comics (The Guild 1-3, Echo, BtVS: Tales of the Vampires)
Headphones
iPod (music)
iPhone (tv shows...mostly Doctor Who because I'm addicted, audiobook of "Dancing in the Streets')
PSP (Lumines is the only game I have...so embarassing, but it will kill time)
Granola bars w/ chocolate chips
Trail mix
water bottle (empty)
Flip Video Camera
Digital Camera w/ charger
Sunglasses
Things to get autographed if I happen to bump into or wait in line to meet people
Blank notebook and pen (for making notes, duh)
Printed out Comic-Con info + reciept for badges
Boarding Pass (section A, bitches!!!!)
Technically, the flight tomorrow to San Diego is 7 hours. I fly to St. Louis first, then I've got an hour to get off and on the next plane which goes to San Diego. I will be traveling BACK IN TIME so I arrive in San Diego around 2:30, their time...though back home who the frak knows what time it will be. But it doesn't really matter because I will be SO full of adrenaline, I'll be WIDE awake.
In other new, LoudTwitter appears to be dead. I'm not taking my laptop with me to Comic-Con, I just don't want to worry about lugging it around the airport and having it sit in the hotel room. I might try to do some mini-posts via my iPhone, but to keep up on my Comic-Con adventures, check out my Twitter account http://twitter.com/orangerful
I was thinking about setting up a Tumblr blog for the occasion too...but we'll see how I feel about that in the morning.
Speaking of, it's 10:45pm. I should get some rest!
