I enjoyed 'The Hobbit' but this SNL parody pretty much sums up my feelings about WTF IS GONNA HAPPEN THAT WILL FILL TWO MORE MOVIES!

I haven't watched a full SNL episode in ages, but I caught that one on Saturday and LOL several times and that Hobbit parody was definitely one of them. I think my favorite bits were them trying to split the check, and the Apple maps joke.

Yeah, I haven't watch SNL either. Luckily, Hulu does this little "Best of SNL" email every now and then and I could not resist a Hobbit parody. :)

I'm not a Tolkien fan (quit LotR midway through the 2nd book), and so I especially loved the hell out of that. :) The Ikea section was a masterful touch.

I have some sort of block against reading fantasy. I don't think I have the patience for world building so I've never actually read any Tolkien. But I ADORE the movies...well, the LotR movies, Hobbit left a lot to be desired (which is too bad since it was 3 hours long ugh!)
