Online Course?? I was just alerted to this awesomeness and I signed up
to give it a try --

It's totally free! But it has some BIG names attached to it! I mean, is
that Stan Lee doing the voiceover in the course trailer???

The good/bad thing I have heard about this kind of course is that it is completely free form so you can participate as little or much as you want. There's a bit of debate about how good they actually are at teaching anymore. But it's FREE! And they tell me to read comic books! LOL.

Or re-read for me -- can't wait to flip through 'Strangers in Paradise' and 'Y The Last Man' again :D

Hey, what a coincidence, tomorrow (Thurs) evening at 5:00 there will be a talk where I work on "MOOCs and the Emerging Digital Classroom". With among other people, the president of EdX (MIT and Harvard's MOOC). We should go, and then go to Mead Hall! :)

I'm a huge fan of Coursera and just finished a MOOC from them taught by professors at the University of Edinburgh!

This course sounds super awesome and I might sign up for it! You should share your notes and thoughts about it with us, please!! :)

I signed up for a course on Coursera, but it hasn't started yet. I'm tempted to sign up for this one though!
