Oh YES - word on the street is that Dirty Sexy Money has been picked up for a full season by ABC!!! YAY!

I think this might be my favorite new show this year. I enjoy the others, but 'Dirty Sexy Money' is just SO much fun to watch.

I said to

jimithingy today, as we sat down to dinner, "Is it weird that I sort of missed them?" (the show didn't air last week due to music awards) and he said he missed them too! It's so ridiculous! They are such a messed up bunch of people, but the show is just mesmerizing, such a train wreck of lives haha.

Seriously, why are you not watching it? Go watch it! Except...don't watch it streaming online because the writer's won't get any money....yes, they have ordered more episodes but the WGA Strike will probably keep the episodes from happening. Unless this is a glimmer of hope that the networks think this will be over soon.

jimithingy, we are all caught up on DIRTYSEXYMONEY now. I think...I think I might love that show. It's so wrong. It's like a darker version of 'Arrested Development' with a bit of murder mixed in (or was it really murder?). If someone had told be Bryan Singer was involved, I would have been there from day 1!

The theatrical trailer for Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd is up! Are they not doing the musical or are they just too afraid to actually advertise that it's a musical? Depp sings a wee bit in the trailer so I assume it's Sondeim's stuff but...hm...weird.
