I signed up on the official NaNoWriMo site saying I would try to write a "novel" this month but I also just signed up on mini_wrimo to at least write 100 words a day. Probably a more realistic goal since I haven't written anything besides blogs for over two years. I like that they give you daily inspiration so hopefully that will help me stay motivated.

Anyone else attempting to NaNo this month?

I haven't decided if I'm going to attempt NaNo this year or not; I keep getting inspirations to write, but I don't know if it's a whole novel worth of writing. I may just make up my own challenge, or take up this mini_wrimo that you've mentioned; 100 words a day sounds more my speed.

I would try to do NaNo, but I don't think I have it in me right now to do 50,000 words. But this mini_wrimo sounds like it could be more my speed.

I'm on it! I had a couple different plot bunnies vying for my attention this year, but I'm committed to one now. Did some world building earlier this month, and I think I'm ready. I never actually join the website, but I'll be tracking my progress every day with the rest of y'all. :)

This will be the second year in which I haven't done it, but last year I did June Camp NaNO so this year will really be the first year I haven't written anything. :O
