Friday Five: Snack time!

1. Do you snack?
Yeah, a little bit, though it's mostly on weekends when I'm home and left to my own devices. I have a few snacks hidden in my desk at work.

2. Do you prefer sweet or salty snacks?
SALTY!!!!!!! I love chips and popcorn. But I never say no when donut man stops by the library.

3. What one snack can you not resist?
Popcorn - be it microwave, day old movie theater or air-popped. OM NOM NOM NOM!!!!!!!

4. What one snack do you refuse to try?
Wasabi peas. I tried them once, yucko. Not my thing.

5. Do you tend to snack more by yourself or when you are with friends?
Um...hm, I tend to have more snack foods out when I'm entertaining, like chips and stuff. But when I think of actual snacking, that tends to happen when I'm home alone, playing video games or watching movies and just have the munchies.

Speaking of food Netflix has a documentary on Watch Instantly about the restaurant Chipotle and it made me think of you!!

It is a good thing! And then I felt creepy for a moment because I was like, "omg what if she thinks it's creepy that i remember she's been to chipotle and likes it? omg noooooo i don't want to be a creep lol"

I tend to remember the most random things about people and it'll throw us both off because they won't know I remembered it and I won't know why I remembered it.

LOL you are not a creep! LOL I just wasn't sure if it was a good thing that I was immediately associated with Chipotle but...yeah it makes sense , I have to stop myself from going there EVERY WEEK. Because I would...aw yeah I would.

damn now I want chipotle.

Of course, I immediately told the person that I associate with Chipotle about the documentary haha. She is vegan/gluten free so Chipotle is one of the few places she can go get something to eat without having to ask for special treatment.

I don't know what it is about the smell of popcorn, but between it and coffee, I am driven mad with desire. In fact, our little cat refuses all people food - except for popcorn. She will kill for a piece.

YES oh YES, if I smell either of those things, my mouth begins to water. They actually say just the smell of coffee makes people happier.

My cats like to lick salty things so popcorn, chips, cheetos - pretty much all the major junk food groups.

Coffee just doesn't make me happy - it makes me human. I used to have a shirt - Instant human, just add coffee.

Jenny isn't interested in most stuff, but get out of her way when she smells popcorn. She came to us as a stray, so we have no idea why popcorn is such an attraction to her. Silly kitty.

He apparently owns the donut shop down the road. He never comes to the Information Desk, just puts his books on hold and then drops off 2-3 boxes of donuts or donut holes. We never know **when** he will arrive so it's always a pleasant surprise (9 times out of 10 though it's a day that we are having a birthday party in the afternoon so we are all sugared up by 5pm LOL)
