My oh my, what a long week. For those of you that had a 4 day work/school week, cherish it! And be kind to your favorite DJs, because it's a lot harder for us to get days off.
I was here most of labor day weekend. Then Tuesday I was here and then I went to my last night at the library as "Senior Page". Now I'm just a patron. hehe. It was nice, they made me cake and cookies and gave me a $20 Target gift card, which I haven't decided how to use yet. Should I save it for an emergency? Or go and buy myself the Buffy video game this weekend? Or perhaps keep it in my purse for the random star wars figure. *sigh* decisions decisions.
I took "The Ring" out of the library and forced Adrian to watch it with me. Damian and Paul seemed to enjoy it, and I like a good spooky movie every now and then. This thing freaked me out though. All this morning I've been waiting for that damn little girl to jump out from behind the shower curtain, or my cars back seat and show me the ring. hehe. It was an interesting plot, but I think the more you try and figure it out, the less it works. But it's a ghost story, so only so much can be explained. yeah. It scared me. I think I'll be nervous for a few more days before the scare wears off.
If anyone drinks Sunkist, Canada Dry Gingerale, 7 Up or DNL and you don't want the "liquid loot" points on the new bottles/boxes, send them my way. I want to see if I can get one of those silly freebies from the website. It's all junk, but I luv free stuff haha. Legolas Bobblehead, I mean come on! There is some neat stuff on the site though.
Angel doesn't premiere it's new season until October! Maaaan. Saw an article about Queer Eye in todays news. Remember in the first couple shows, the "culture" guy was a gay bald black man? Probably not, unless you're weird like me and watched it from the start. Because now he's gone and Jai has his place. Well, the other guy is pissed cuz the show is a hit, and the fab five are getting crazy rich with book deals and such, so he's sueing them. The wording of the article was very strange. He wasn't fired and he didn't quit. It was like they asked him to leave for some reason. Strange.
Still love that show though. Kyan and Ted are my two favorites.
When does Scrubs start? I need to go check.
Oh, my moniter died, so I won't be online on a regular basis until I go get my new one (see Jimithingy's journal for details). I check my e-mail on AD's computer and if you need me you can IM him, otherwise, wait a month hahaha.
