I was VERY upset that there was no new episodes of Community or 30 Rock tonight. Thank goodness we just discovered that they have the 4 most recent episodes in ON DEMAND. We watched Environmental Science which I think might be my second favorite episode...or third...I dunno, I freakin love this show too much. But I know that "hand them a sandwich" will be a quote I use often. Plus, Troy & Abhed's duet? ♥

I need to make some Community icons...I know I have a few sites bookmarked with screencaps...good project for a snowy Saturday *crosses fingers*

So, weird thing I've started doing recently - I've decided to start wearing make-up. Well, only eyeliner and eyeshadow since I finally got the hang of applying it without poking myself in the eye. I was inspired by Kahlan's new look on Legend of the Seeker and I happened to have some dark green eye liner that I got free from Victoria's Secret and a olive green eye shadow (between AD and myself, we have a LOT of make-up).

But I'm only wearing it when I get home from work and on days off. It's too much of a hassle to wear it while I'm at work. I swear, wearing make-up makes my eyes dry and itchy and if I wear it at work, I will most likely forget and rub my eyes and end up looking like a crazed rock star. It just seems easier to put it on when I have no where else to be.

Chances of snow have dropped from 70% to 30% so I have a feeling that work will happen on Saturday. But I'll be dong my snow dance tomorrow night, just in case (which, I was told, apparently involved wearing my pajamas inside out???)

And Kristen Bell's new movie currently has a whopping 10% on Rotten Tomatoes...yeah, we'll be renting that one. 10% is waaaaaay too low. Ugh, someone give that girl her own movie that doesn't suck! She can do it!!!

AD is watching Return of the Jedi...I must go! I can hear poor C3P0 hearing Luke's recording message for the first time!

Definitely a movie to jump up and go watch at the spur of the moment. I know I would be there right now if I could. :D

I forgot about the stupid special edition changes though...we started watching and I felt the need to remind AD that such and such a scene was new (and I hid under a pillow when the song started up...CGI Sy Snootles..DO NOT WANT!)

Still, I think RotJ is the one I've seen the most because it was my favorite when I was little.

And don't worry, I've got enough Star Wars icons to go around ;-)

Aww, I wish Kristen would do something other than RomComs.. Apart from Forgetting Sarah Marshall I've hated all her movies, but her TV roles have been great..

Yeah, but isn't that the way? It feels like TV has more opportunity for female actors to try out different parts? They should just give her another TV show. :D (I know she wants to make a Veronica Mars movie but I really doubt it will ever happen...)

Have you seen Fanboys? I did, and although I'm both Star Wars and Kristen Bell fan, I honestly wasn't impressed. With the movie, I mean, Kristen was great. Hm, otherwise I've seen her only as Veronica, I so need to catch up on her other movies... even though they're apparently bad. *sigh*

I did see Fanboys! Followed the whole ridiculous saga of that poor movie and then went to the theater to see it. I enjoyed it but I doubt I'd watch it again. It made me LOL at certain points but there was a bit too much downtime. I like Kristen's part if only because she was a geek AND cool at the same time, which (according to that movie) only chicks can pull off?

I ♥ Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I thought she did well in that. Her role in Season 2 of Heroes was the only reason I kept watching that show. I need to pick up Deadwood since she has a bit in that. VM is still the best.

(AD bought me the DVD of some HORRIBLE Lifetime movie she was in waaaay back when - "Gracie's Choice" - she was acting her ass off but it was typical 'lifetime: the channel for women who like to see other women be abused' fair.)
