Mar. 18th, 2009 07:52 pmFinally gave the girl some eyes! And I did the most ghetto hair coloring ever - I colored it with a black sharpie. Actually doesn't look too horrible considering the sharpie was out of ink. I might go buy a new one and try again. I have no desire to tear her apart to get her hair out an then sew it back in. I enjoy crafts but not that much haha.
Still need to do her "ass-tat", which will take some skillz since I'm going to try to do the Mini logo...
Put the first coat of paint on my Starbuck pony too, but she's just creepy looking (all flesh tone, all the time) so I didn't take her picture.

My Little Pony - phase 2
Feb. 15th, 2009 05:38 pmAdded the racing stripes to my Mini Cooper Pony. I also painted her ears white because I have the white side-view mirror caps.
Need to finish painting in her eyes and decide what I want to do with her hooves (should I just do them black or add some white, since I have the white hubcaps on my car?) Also need to decide what should go on her rear end - Mini logo? ORNGRFL, like my license plate? Or...?

My Little Pony phase 1
Jan. 19th, 2009 01:50 pmOur internet went out this morning so I finally painted my first My Little Pony. She turned out really orange! haha! So I'm thinking I'm going to model her after my Mini Cooper.
Next up, I need to raid my mom's paint supply and get some additional colors!
Now, what should I do with the other two? I'm thinking a Starbuck pony maybe in her Viper pilot uniform with the Viper logo on her bum. I could probably handle that.
